My First Foil Mani! Color Club Foil Film Manicure

Hey guys! After blogging for 2+ years about nail art, I finally tried my first Foil manicure! I grabbed this set at Urban Outfitters. It comes with adhesive, a navy and a light blue polish, and a gold foil and multi-colored mermaid foil (That's what I'm calling it).

For today's look, I used the navy polish and the mermaid foil. It was really easy to use! I placed the adhesive on my nails sporadically, and then applied the foil. Then I topped it off with Essie Good to Go! Have you used foil before? What was your experience like?

ModCloth Nail Klub- Inspired by a dress!

Hi everyone! Today I am sharing a fun nail look inspired by one of the adorable dresses from Mod Cloth! It took a long time to pick the perfect dress to draw my inspiration from since they are all so cute. But I settled on the Beachy Inspiration Dress- a maxi dress perfect for any summer occasion! The dress has a ton of shades of blue, green, a light peach and white- all in stripes! I grabbed my striping tool and got started!

Nude Ombre with Urban Outfitters Afterhours

Hey guys! love doing Glitter Ombre and so this time I tried out a nice, nude version. I started with e.l.f. Desert Haze for the nude shade, using 3 coats. I added glitter with Urban Outfitters Afterhours, a nude and silver polish with a few flecks of orange. I applied from the bottom of my nail up, and voila! I'll always be a sucker for glitter :)

Red + Silver Glitter Mani ft. Jenna Hipp Maraschino

Hey guys! Today I have a fun and really simple nail art look. I tried out Jenna Hipp Maraschino, a really nice cherry (duh) red. I used 2 coats of Maraschino to start and then added some sparkle! I used Pure Ice Kiss me Here for a full nail of glitter on my pinky and an ombre look on my pointer finger. I also used American Apparel Light Year for big glitter pieces on my ring finger. This look is really simple but looks nice!

My Take On: Jenna Hipp All About You

Hey guys-

Today I have a review + nail art using Jenna Hipp All About You. All About You is a rose gold polish that applies really nicely. One coat could be enough- although I used two. I then topped this off with a magenta stripe. I'm a sucker for rose gold and have worn this polish several times in the past month! It's great for work or for a wedding. Classy without being obnoxious!
