Neon Matte Chevron Mani with China Glaze In the Limelight and Zoya Phoebe

Howdy friends! Today I've taken the lovely China Glaze In the Limelight that I blogged about yesterday, and added another neon matte shade to it! Zoya Phoebe is a matte aqua shade that is perfect for summertime. Using a nail art brush, I painted a chevron design on top of In the Limelight. This time I didn't add any topcoat so my nails could bask in all of their matte glory!
