Vertical Half Moons with OPI Simmer and Shimmer and Essie Plumberry

Hello! Last week I saw a photo of what I'm calling a vertical half moon in a magazine and I knew I had to try it. If you can't tell from the title, instead of the half moon on the bottom portion of the nail, this half moon is on the side of the nail, and it's vertical.

I already had Essie Plumberry on, and I wanted to try this technique. So I grabbed my handy hole punch reinforcers and OPI Simmer and Shimmer to get started. I used about three coats of Simmer and Shimmer as I wanted it to fully cover Essie Plumberry. I carefully peeled off the stickers and applied top coat. And there you have it! I really like this style and will definitely try it with more color combinations.
