Hi everyone! Hope you all had nice holidays with families and friends. In honor of New Year's Eve tonight, I have my first NYE Mani! I used a Black Sparkle from Urban Outfitters and Silver Crackle on top. I love the sparkle in this mani, it's just so fun!

Holiday Mani: Red + Gold Glitter
Hi everyone! For my final holiday mani I used a great red shade with gold glitter! I used OPI Wocka Wocka from the Muppets collection and topped it off with Essie Luxe Effects As Gold As It Gets. I love these two together, they make such a great pair!
And as a sidenote- I'll be home for the week so I probably won't be posting much :(
Happy Holidays and have a great new year to all of my readers and thank you for checking out my little blog :)

Holiday Mani-Hannukah themed!
Hi everyone!
Today I have a Hannukah themed mani as the first day was this week. I used my first LA Colors polish, Blue Lagoon for the base. It's a great metallic navy shade. I topped it off with Essie Luxe Effects Shine of the Times. Shine of the Times is an amazing effect that I definitely see myself wearing over many colors!
Happy Hannukah everyone!

9. Watch the Throne by Jay-Z and Kanye West

Holiday Mani- Presents! With OPI Congeniality is My Middle Name
Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend! Continuing with the holiday mani theme...today I have presents! I thought it would be cute with some bows and bright colors! For the base color I used OPI's Congeniality is My Middle Name from the Miss Universe collection. This shade is amazing! It's a neon purple with glitter, and I love it for fall! For the ribbon/bow I used my unidentified blue glitter from Urban Outfitters.

Holiday Mani- Candy Canes!
Hi everyone!
Today I have an adorable (If I do say so myself) Candy Cane manicure! This mani is so simple, and fun for the holidays! I used OPI Alpine Snow as the base, and then used one of my unnamed Urban Outfitters Glitter red for the stripes. I topped the mani off with CND Crimson Sparkle to add some glitter!

Holiday Mani- Gingerbread Houses with Nicole by OPI Hard-Kourt Fashionista
Hi everyone!
I'm home sick today, feeling like crap! But nonetheless- I had a great Holiday themed mani yesterday that I want to share! I chose to replicate a gingerbread house!

Holiday Mani- Snowflakes with Chanel Riva and Butter London Victoriana
Hi everyone!
We've had just one day of snow so far, but I was inspired to try a snowflake mani! I used OPI Alpine Snow as a base, since Chanel Riva is so light unless you use 4-5 coats. Then I painted 3 coats of Riva, a gorgeous baby blue with a hint of sparkle. For the flakes themselves I used Butter London Victoriana and OPI Alpine Snow. I topped the mani off with CND Sapphire Sparkle!

Let the Holiday Nails Begin!
Hi everyone! So now that the challenge is over, I decided to try a fun holiday mani! For this Christmas-themed mani, I used OPI Jade is the New Black, OPI Red Shatter and CND Crimson Sparkle! I love the way this turned out. It was so simple, but still showed some fun Christmas cheer! I'm hoping to crank out several holiday themed mani's before the new year!

Day 31!! Recreate your Favorite Challenge!
Hi everyone! Finally the 30 day nail challenge comes to an end! The final day is to recreate your favorite challenge.
While this one wasn't my favorite, I chose to do polka dots! I used Nicole by OPI My Empire, My Rules from the Kardashian Collection as the base, and Maybeline Coraliscious and Zoya Audrina for the dots. I created the matte finish using Hard Candy Matte-ly In Love.
Unfortunately these pictures aren't the best...but I still love these shades together!

Day 30- Inspired by a Tutorial: Zoya Tao + Animal Print
Hi everyone!!
Today is my 'inspired by a tutorial' mani! I tried a design I've been eyeing for quite some time! I first saw this look on Let Them Have Polish here! I followed that to the sponge/animal print tutorial from Bright Lights Big Color here. I decided to not use the sponge technique, and just use the mixed animal print design.
I used Zoya Tao for the base shade and OPI Black Onyx for the mixed zebra/leopard animal print! I like how this turned out, but I could definitely use some practice :) I can't believe the challenge is almost over! Just one more day left. I hope everyone has enjoyed my nails over the past month and a half!

Day 29- Inspired by the Supernatural
Hi friends and Happy Monday!
Today I have Day 29- Inspired by the Supernatural! I was honestly stumped by this one, so I chose one of the most 'supernatural' looking colors I have. I recently grabbed Revlon Facets of Fuchsia- a black shade with fuchsia glitter! I created a gradient glitter mani using OPI Black Onyx as the base, and Facets of Fuchsia as the gradient!
Facets of Fuchsia applies surprisingly well, as many glitters I have are clumpy and jelly like. This one was smooth and just right! I need to do a real swatch of this one soon!

Day 27- Inspired by Artwork
Hi everyone!
Today I've got my 'Inspired by Artwork' post! I chose a great American artist, Jackson Pollock! While he has many pieces I like, I chose to base my nails specifically on one piece, 'Convergence.'
I used the great splatter technique to replicate the artwork. I used OPI Barefoot in Barcelona for my base color and for the splatter itself- I used Mac Nightfall, OPI Alpine Snow, Chanel Mimosa, Deborah Lippmann Girls Just Want to Have Fun, and Essie Lapis of Luxury.

Day 28: Inspired by a Flag!
Hi everyone!
Today I have Day 28- Inspired By A Flag! I honestly can't believe I'm almost done with the 30 day nail challenge! While I realize it's taken me just a bit more than 30 days...it's been an amazing chance for me to expand my nail art skills and try some great new things!
Back to today's nails- I chose to do the Union Jack, the flag of the United Kingdom! The UK has a special place in my heart as I lived there last summer! I've included some super touristy pictures from my time there.
I used Butter London Blagger as the base, and OPI Alpine Snow and Essie Red Nouveau for the stripes! This mani is surprisingly easy with the right nail art brush!
